- there is no road where the UPS truck is crashed
- the guy is in a suit holding a mini sewing machine.
none of that makes sense, how did the UPS track crash while driving on a "non road?" why is that guy dressed in a suit? why is he holding a mini sewing machine, how are the two incidents connected...
1. It's a tuxedo
2. We don't know which direction the van was moving.
3. It doesn't appear that he is involved in the incident; perhaps just passing by as they head to their car in the parking lot to the left and BAM Kodak moment.
